The leading Career Show 2020 is becoming a hybrid and surprises both job seekers and job providers this year. The organizers have developed the form and will hold two events - a physical exhibition on November 24, 2020, in the hall "Arena Armeec", and on November 25 they are organizing an online event.

On November 24, in Arena Armeec Hall, 3,000 qualified candidates will meet with 200 companies. On an area of ​​over 4000 sq.m., with all safety measures, there will be 4 open stages for lectures and workshops - the event will be a bridge for career development this year as well.

The online expo on November 25 will bring together some of the best companies in Bulgaria with over 2000 participants from all over Bulgaria and Europe. The hybrid event is not just a combination of a physical event with live online broadcasting. The technology that will be used in the online part of Career Show 2020 will provide participants with an effective and completely different solution. This will happen through a modern next-generation "matchmaking" system, options for detailed filtering by participants' criteria and pre-arranged personal video interviews.

The hybrid model of Career Show 2020 is an investment in improving the economic environment and employment, which were severely affected during the crisis.
