In strict compliance with the anti-epidemic measures at local and national level, on October 30 and 31, 2020 in the town of Sandanski was held the final conference of the project "Young people - the new promoters of the cultural identity of the cross-border region." The initiative is implemented by the Association Business Information and Consulting Center - Sandanski in partnership with the Tourist Union - Strumica and with the financial support of the European Union through INTERREG - IPA Cross-border Cooperation Program between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia 2014 - 2020.

Тhe first stage of the Academy for Young Promoters– the four-day training on “Share the cultural heritage of your region”, which took place in the period 19-22 August 2020 in Hotel “Vila Park” Strumica is successfully completed.

The Academy for Young Promoters of Cultural Heritage kicked-off successfully with a four-day training and summer camp titled "Share the cultural heritage of your region". The event took place in the period 20 - 23 July in the hotel complex "Bozhe ime" (village of Baldevo). The Academy is organized as part of project "Young people – the new promoters of the cultural identity of the cross-border region", implemented with the financial support of the European Union, through the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme between Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia.

Meet the mentors at the upcoming Academy for Young Promoters of Cultural Heritage, which will start with a four-day summer camp in Baldevo on July 20th.

The Cross-border video competition (VLOG) "Share the cultural heritage of your region", organized by the Business Information and Consulting Center - Sandanski within the project "Young people - the new promoters of the cultural identity of the cross-border region" has been completed successfully.

Due to numerous inquiries from candidates and the current state of emergency, we decided to extend the deadline for participation in video competition "Share the cultural heritage of your region."

The new deadline for participation is May 29, 2020.

A cross-border competition for a short video has started, presenting an idea for promoting the unique and diverse cultural heritage of the common cross-border region of Bulgaria and North Macedonia. The competition is open to students and young people aged 16-29 from the cross-border region of the two countries. Both individual and team proposals (up to three participants) will be accepted within the competition.
