We have created a unique software that helps event planning, management and follow up. This software helps cultural organizations by saving time and efforts.
The software consists of two main sections with a few sub-sections each:
Management - Users, Events and My Templates
Usability - Settings, Translations and Template selection
In the User section, you can view and add new users. This section is very important as here you add not only Event participants but also create your organization's promoters.
In the Event section, you can view and create new events.
My Templates section is where you have all your created promotional materials.
In the Settings section, you set up your General Settings like organization logo, time zone, address, email and phone. As well as Email settings for sending emails through the system.
Browse templates section holds all promotional templates that you can use to create promotional materials for an event.
Translations section holds all text strings that you can change in any of the three languages: Bulgarian, Macedonian and English.
