Amateur dance groups from all over the region show their skills and have fun together, celebrating the International Dance Day. Bulgarian and foreign folk dance groups, ensembles and clubs that perform authentic folklore attend the event. The most attractive part of the festival is the gorge. Along the main street, numerous participants are parading dressed in traditional costumes. On the second day, there is an open lesson on learning Bulgarian “horo” (a traditional dance), which creates a great mood among the participating groups and all residents and guests of the city.
